Well, it's been a while

Well, it's beena while. I'm back at Taylor. It's good to be back with friends, but I am looking foward to being done. I graduate this coming Dec. Not entirly sure what I'll be doing after that.

Thoughts for now: initially just live at home. Try and get a job doing something around town to pull in some money. Later, probably early Feb. I'd like to head down to OM. In talking with Jeff (the guy I lived with when I worked there), he said I might be able to just come down and work for them. They'd give me food and a place to live, and I'd do work, like mow lawns or something. It'd be a time for me to get away from my habits, and rediscover myself. *groans* i hate how cliche that sounds. Yet, true. Anyway...

I'm thinking about working with Emmaus Ministries. They work in Chicago with male prostitutes. I'm looking for something that is working with the kinds of people that the Church usually avoids or shuns.

I'm down here in the dungeon tonight, answering questions from people about DataStructures. I've been reading Blue Like Jazz. Don Miler, the author, has a great way with words. I wish I could write like him.

Ok, I just finished the book. Good book.

I'm tired.

Later
